Our order statuses are designed to keep you in the loop as your project moves through production. You can view your current order status at any time by logging into your Order Dashboard.

Here's what each status means:

1. Order Status Types

• New

• On Hold

• Acknowledged Risk

• Confirmed

• Confirmed – Acknowledged Risk

• Updated Dispatch Date

• Dispatch

• Canceled
