Log in to your account: Go to your Makelab account and view your Orders dashboard for live status updates.
Check your confirmation email: Your original order confirmation includes a dispatch date based on your selected lead time.
Still unsure? Submit a support ticket and our team can confirm status for you.
You’ll also receive a separate notification once your order is complete—either with tracking info for shipments or pickup instructions if you're local.
