1. Checking Your Order Status
You have a few ways to check if your order is ready:
Log in to your account: Go to your Makelab account and view your Orders dashboard for live status updates
Check your confirmation email: Your original order confirmation includes a dispatch date based on your selected lead time
Still unsure? Submit a support ticket and our team can confirm status for you
2. Order Completion Notifications
You'll also receive a separate notification once your order is complete — either with tracking info for shipments or pickup instructions if you're local.
