1. Understanding Dispatch Date
Your dispatch date is when your order leaves our facility and gets handed off to the shipping carrier. Think of it as the start of the shipping journey, not the end.
You'll see this date in your confirmation email and order updates — it's basically when we pack everything up and send it on its way.
2. Important Timing Information
Important to know: The dispatch date doesn't include the actual shipping time. Depending on what shipping method you picked, your parts will arrive anywhere from 1-5 business days after they dispatch:
Ground shipping — typically 5 business days
2-Day shipping — 2 business days
Overnight shipping — 1 business day
3. Example Timeline
Example: If your dispatch date is Monday, January 20th and you selected Ground shipping, you can expect delivery around Monday, January 27th.
