Open the quote email, press Review quote, sign in with the address the quote was sent to, then check out. Your price is locked until the date in the email.
1. Open the quote email
The email is titled Your Makelab quote Q-[number]. It lists what is quoted and the total, with the full quote attached as a PDF. It also says how long the price is promised: order by that date and you pay exactly what is quoted.
Press Review quote. The Place your order button in the PDF opens the same quote.
2. Sign in with the address the quote was sent to
For security, a quote only opens for the email address it was sent to. We email a code to that address to confirm it's you. If you see This quote was sent to someone else, press Sign in with a different email and use the right address.
3. Check out
Most quotes open in the Instant Quote with a price locked banner. Your parts are already set up and can't be edited. Continue through checkout as usual: lead time and delivery, billing and shipping, then payment. See How does checkout work?
A quote for design work, or one without 3D files, opens a Your Makelab quote page instead. Press Review & order, choose delivery, add a PO number if you have one, then press Continue to payment.
You can pay by card or PayPal. If your company is approved for invoicing or bank transfer, those options appear too. See How do I add a PO number or pay on invoice?
Finding the quote later
All your quotes are under Quotes in your account. A quote waiting on you shows Awaiting you. Press Review quote to open it.
If someone else is paying
Open Quotes in your account and choose Send to someone else to pay. Enter their email and an optional note. They sign in with that address and pay. You can press Take it back at any time.
If the quote has expired or changed
Expired: the price is no longer guaranteed. Reply to your quote email and we'll send a fresh one.
A newer version exists: we revised the quote. Use the link in the most recent email.
