On the Lead time and delivery step, press Save quote to keep it in your account, or Send quote to email it to someone who will pay. Both buttons appear once you've chosen a lead time and a delivery method.
Save a quote
Press Save quote. It's saved to your account with a quote number, like Q-12345. From the window that opens you can:
Press Download PDF for a copy to send to purchasing.
Press Send to someone else to pay to email it to a colleague.
Saved prices hold for 30 days. After that the quote shows Expired, but you can still press Resume to reopen it at today's prices.
Send a quote to someone else to pay
Press Send quote. Enter their email (separate several with commas, up to 10) and an optional note, then press Send.
They sign in with that address and find the quote under Quotes in their account, ready to check out. You stay the owner and are copied on the order.
You can also add people at checkout, under CC others — they can open and pay this quote.
Find your saved quotes
Open Quotes in the sidebar. Quotes are grouped into Active, Expired & rejected and All.

Press PDF next to any quote to download it again.
Download your model files
In the parts list, press the download button on a part to get it back as STL or OBJ, or in its original STEP or 3MF. All your files are also under Models in the sidebar.
Quote number or order number?
A quote number starts with Q, like Q-15864. It's on quotes we send you and quotes you save. Find them under Quotes in your account, or search your email for "Your Makelab quote".
An order number is only digits, like 12345. You get one when you place an order. It's in your Order [number] is Placed email and under Order history.
When you ask Jarvis, the chat on this page, about an order, give the order number and the email you ordered with. Jarvis can't look up quotes.
