Anyone can add a PO number at checkout. Paying on invoice (Net 30) or by bank transfer is for business accounts we have approved. Once approved, those options appear at checkout on their own.
Adding a PO number
- On the Billing and shipping step, find PO number (optional) under Provide contact information.
- Enter your PO, up to 60 characters.
Your PO appears in the order summary, in the subject of your order email and on your order page. If your company requires a PO on every order, the box says so and the order can't go ahead without it.
A PO can't be changed after the order is placed. If it needs correcting, contact us with your order number.
Paying on invoice (Net 30)
To apply: open your account, go to Documents & terms, and press Apply next to Net 30 terms. The row shows where your application stands, from With us for review to Approved — Net 30.
At checkout, once approved: the payment step shows an Invoice option for your company. Press Place order · invoice me. Nothing is charged now, and we invoice you.
Invoiced orders carry a 3% invoicing fee. It is worked out on your parts and delivery, after any discount and before tax. The checkout shows the fee and the total you'll be invoiced before you place the order.
Paying by bank transfer (ACH or wire)
If your account is set up for it, the payment step shows Pay by bank transfer. Press Place order · pay by bank transfer.
We email you our bank details and your order number to use as the payment reference, with ACH and wire instructions as a PDF. Production starts once your transfer arrives.
