If your parts are completely rejected during our manufacturability review, your order will be put on hold and you'll be notified immediately through your Makelab account. This usually happens if the file is unprintable‚ due to issues like non-manifold geometry, extreme thin walls, unsupported features, or missing details.
At that point, you'll have the option to:
Submit a revised file
Switch materials or print method
Request design support (quoted separately)
Cancel the order if no path forward exists
We never proceed with production until the issue is resolved and you've approved next steps. You won't be charged until your file is cleared for print.
