Does agreeing to "At Risk" guarantee that my model will definitely be printed?

Last updated: 2026-04-09

No, selecting "Acknowledged Risk" does not guarantee a successful print. It means we've flagged issues with your file‚ such as thin walls, unsupported geometry, or poor orientation‚ but you've chosen to proceed anyway, fully aware that the part may not print correctly or at all.

We'll still send the job to the machine as-is, but if it fails during printing, we won't issue a refund or a reprint. This option is for clients who want to move forward quickly, knowing the risk. If success is critical, we recommend revising the file or requesting design support before printing.
