How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email automatically.

2. How to Track
Option 1: Email Link (Easiest) — Click the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
Option 2: Carrier Website — Copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's site:
UPS: www.ups.com
FedEx: www.fedex.com
USPS: www.usps.com
3. Tracking Not Working Yet?
Tracking numbers may take 4-24 hours to activate in the carrier's system after dispatch.
If your tracking shows "Label Created" but no movement, this is normal — the package is likely still in transit to the carrier's first scan location.
4. Issues with Tracking?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 48+ hours after dispatch, or shows an error, submit a support ticket and we'll investigate.
