3. Sustainable Packaging
We use recyclable materials whenever possible and right-size boxes to minimize waste and shipping costs.
4. Special Packaging Requests
If your parts require specific packaging (e.g., ESD protection, custom branding, individual bagging), mention this in your order notes or intake form. Additional fees may apply for custom packaging.
5. Damaged in Transit?
If your parts arrive damaged due to shipping, take photos immediately and submit a support ticket. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement.
