If a part fails during printing, Makelab will reprint it at no additional cost. Part failures can occur due to:
Geometry limitations
Material stress
Machine interruptions
2. Our Monitoring Process
Our team monitors builds closely, and when failures happen, they are addressed immediately. If repeated failures occur, we may recommend design edits or alternative processes to ensure success.
3. What You Need to Do
If your order experiences a print failure, our team will notify you and advise on next steps. You don't need to take action unless design adjustments are required.
