Most failed uploads come down to how the file was saved, not the file itself. Find the message you saw below.

| No geometry found in [file].gcode.3mf | It's a sliced plate from your slicer (Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer). It holds print instructions, not your model | Export the model itself as STL or 3MF, not the sliced plate |
| Any error on a file named like part.prt.3 | Creo adds a version number after the extension | Rename it to end in .prt, or export it as STEP |
| [file] is a .zip archive | We don't open zip files | Unzip it and upload the model files inside |
| [program] files can't be quoted directly | We couldn't convert that native CAD file | Export it as STEP, STL or 3MF from your CAD program |

Other checks
Use a computer. The Instant Quote doesn't work on phones.
Large CAD files: STEP, IGES and native CAD files over 150 MB can't be converted. Export as STL or 3MF instead.
Browser: use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. If uploads still stall, try a private window, which turns off extensions like ad blockers.
