What happens if my part breaks during shipping?

If a part is damaged in shipping, Makelab will work with you to resolve it quickly.

We package parts carefully to minimize risk, but shipping incidents can occur. If damage happens, our team evaluates the issue and can reprint or replace the part depending on project needs. Documentation or photos of the damage are usually required to process replacements.
