1. Using Your Store Credit
Store credit isn't automatically applied at checkout. To use it, just leave a note at checkout or remind our service team through the order chat thread.
2. How We Process It
We'll manually apply the credit to your order before processing payment. If the credit covers the full amount, we'll confirm and mark it as paid. If there's a remaining balance, we'll send you an updated invoice.
Don't worry — your credit never expires, and we'll make sure it's used properly!
