By 5pm on your due date, guaranteed — and usually earlier. Your parts often come off the printers the same day they're due, so we can't promise an exact hour in advance. Instead, we email you the moment they're packed and ready. Treat that email as your green light to come by.
If you need your parts by a specific time of day, the safest option is picking up the morning after your due date — they'll be waiting when we open (Monday–Friday, 10am). Need same-day at a specific hour? Reach out and we'll try to prioritize your job.
