Minimum wall thickness depends on the process and material used.
MJF (Nylon PA12): 0.8–1.0 mm for reliable strength
SLA (Resin): 1 mm for fine detail, but thicker walls are recommended for durability
FDM (PLA/ABS): 1-2 mm for consistent layer bonding
These values provide a safe baseline. Thinner walls may print but risk fragility or warping.
