Yes — but tolerance limits vary by process. Standard tolerances are FDM ±0.5mm, SLA ±0.2mm, Industrial SLA ±0.2mm, MJF ±0.3mm, and FGF ±1.0mm. For tight fits, SLA and Industrial SLA are the most accurate.
While our systems are accurate, extremely tight fits often need adjustments or post-processing. Printing separate components and assembling after production usually ensures the best results.
The most reliable approach is to order a test print of the mating parts before committing to quantity.
