Makelab moved offices on May 26, 2026. Here is our new address, what to expect when picking up an order, and how the building's security protocol works.
1. Our new address
Makelab 13 42nd Street, Building A, Suite 502 Brooklyn, NY 11232
We are now located in the Bush Terminal complex in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
2. Picking up an order
Bush Terminal is a multi-tenant industrial complex with controlled access. For your security and ours, all visitors are required to sign in at the building's front desk before going up to a suite. Here is what to do when you arrive:
Pull into our dedicated visitor parking. Security at the gate will ask for your visitor information — let them know you are here to pick up an order from Makelab in Suite 502.
Enter Building A. The front desk is just inside the lobby.
Sign in at the front desk. You will need a photo ID.
Bring your order confirmation, either a printout or the confirmation on your phone. This helps us match you to your parts quickly.
Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Once off the elevator, walk through the double doors and look for Suite 502 straight ahead. Do not press 5R.

3. Hours
We are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. Pickups are available any time during those hours. Note that summer Friday hours are shortened to 10am to 1pm through Labor Day — see our Summer Fridays article for details.
4. Getting here
The Bush Terminal complex is in Sunset Park, accessible from the BQE, the Belt Parkway, and the D, N, and R subway lines (with a short walk from 36th Street).
5. Our old address
Our previous address (325 Gold Street, Suite 703, Downtown Brooklyn) is no longer active. If you have shipped or sent anything to that address recently, please contact us at hello@makelab.com so we can help track it down.
