Local pickup is free at our Brooklyn factory. Here's how it works from order to handoff:
Place your order and choose local pickup at checkout. Your order confirmation shows your ready-by date.
Your parts are guaranteed ready by 5pm on that date. Most orders finish earlier — parts often come off the machines the same day they're due, which is why we can't quote an exact hour in advance.
Wait for the "ready for pickup" email. It goes out the moment your parts are packed. That email is your green light — please don't head over before it arrives.
Pick up anytime within 3 months. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm at 13 42nd Street, Building A, Suite 502, Brooklyn, NY 11232. (Summer Fridays: we close at 1pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.)
Need it by a specific time? Reply to your order confirmation and we'll see what we can do — for guaranteed morning pickup, we recommend scheduling for the day after your due date. After-hours pickup is available for a $75 fee with advance notice.
