If your total is coming out to $1 or less, it's usually due to incorrect units—most often a part designed in inches but exported in millimeters. Since our Instant Quote system reads files in millimeters by default, your model may end up 25.4x too small, which dramatically lowers the volume and price.
This almost always fails our manufacturability check. The part will either be too small to print or won't meet functional requirements.
Before submitting your order:
Double-check that your file was exported in millimeters.
Confirm that dimensions are accurate by rechecking in your CAD program.
If you’re unsure, use the Intake Form and we’ll take a look. We’ll flag any issues before it hits production.
