Sign our mutual NDA online
- Sign in at quote.makelab.com and open Account in the sidebar.
- Go to Documents & terms.
- Next to Mutual NDA, press Sign it now.
- The signing page opens in a new tab. Review the agreement and sign.
The NDA is signed in the name on your profile, so check that your first and last name are there first. If the signing page doesn't open, we email you the link instead.
Upload your own NDA
If your company has its own agreement, press Upload next to Mutual NDA and choose the file. We accept PDF, Word and image files. The row shows With us for review until we've reviewed it.
Check where your NDA stands
The Mutual NDA row in Documents & terms always shows its status:

|---|---|
| Not on file | No NDA yet. Press Sign it now or Upload |
| Waiting on your signature | You started signing but haven't finished. Press Review and sign |
| With us for review | We have your uploaded NDA and are reviewing it |
| On file | Signed and active, with the date. Press View to open it |
| Not accepted or Expired | Press Replace to sign or upload a new one |
Do I need an NDA to get a quote?
No. We treat every file you send as confidential, with or without an NDA. See What is your IP and confidentiality policy? If your company requires a signed agreement, put it in place before you upload.
