1. How do I know what's going on with my order? Where can I see status updates?
You can view real-time order updates by logging into your Makelab account and navigating to the Orders tab section.
There, you'll see each your order details. Click the '+' sign to see your part statuses.
2. What You'll See
While the dashboard won't show exactly when your part is printing, it does give a high-level view of how your order is tracking and progressing through our system.
It's the most efficient way to stay informed without needing to email or call.
