Click a part, work through the Print Configuration panel from top to bottom, then press Apply to quote. Lead time is chosen once for the whole order, on the next step.
Set up a part
The options open one at a time, in this order:
- Technology: FDM, SLA, Industrial SLA, MJF or FGF. Each card shows the largest part it can print and its fastest lead time. Changing technology clears the material, color and quality.
- Material: the materials for that technology. Press Compare all materials to see them side by side.
- Color: the colors that material comes in. Custom lets you give a Pantone or hex color; our team quotes custom colors by hand.
- Finishing: shown only when the material has finishing options.
- Quality: from Draft (fastest, visible layer lines) to Ultra-fine (finest detail, slowest).
- Infill: FDM only. From Light & economical to Near-solid.
- Quantity: 1 to 10,000. Press View quantity breakdown to see the price per part at different quantities.
Press Apply to quote
While you choose, the price is a preview: Preview only — not in your quote total yet. Press Apply to quote to add it to your total. A part's very first full set of choices is applied for you.
Several parts at once
Shift-click or Cmd/Ctrl-click parts in the list to select several. Your choices then apply to all of them.
To copy one part's settings, right-click it and choose Apply settings to other parts.
Minimum order per material
Each material has a minimum charge. If your parts come in under it, you'll see a note that the minimum is included, and Material minimum adjustment in your order summary. Press Increase quantity to fill the minimum to get more parts for the same price.
Lead time
On the next step, Lead time and delivery, choose how fast we build your parts. Days are business days, counted from the next business day after you order.
| Lead time | Business days |
|---|---|
| Next Biz Day | 1 |
| Rush | 2 |
| Standard | 3 |
| No Rush | 5 |
| Extended | 7 |
Each option shows its ready date and the price change against Standard. Some materials can't be made in fewer days, so faster options may not appear. The slowest material in your order sets the options for all of it.
Notes for our team
There's no notes box on a part. Instead, open Tools and use Annotate to pin a note to a spot on the model: Preserve detail, Critical tolerance or Note. Use Cosmetic details to mark the faces that must look good. Both go to our team with your order.
Warnings you may see
Exceeds the build volume: the part is too big to print in one piece with that technology. Try another technology, scale it down, or request a quote and we'll suggest how to split it.
Thin features or thin walls: some areas may be too thin to print well. Open Tools and use Thickness Heatmap to see where.
