It depends if it was confirmed or not.
We understand that sometimes, things change [quickly] and sometimes that means your order changes. Whether you have a quantity update, material update, want to switch out an old STL file for a newer one, we're happy to adjust your order for you.
If your order has already been Confirmed, we can only accept change requests up to 2 hours after an order was made.
