      Where do I pick up my order?

      You can pick up your order at either our Brooklyn or San Francisco locations. Pickup is available between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

      Brooklyn Location

      • Address: 325 Gold St, Brooklyn, NY 11201

      • Pickup Instructions:

        1. Arrival: Buzz our office upon arrival, and we’ll grant access.
        2. Elevator: Take the elevator up to our floor.
        3. Doorbell: Ring the doorbell, and a team member will assist in locating your order.

      • Transportation Options:

        • Train: A, C, G, F, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, R, N, and Q trains.
        • Bus: B54, B62, and B38 buses.
        • Car: Near Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges.

      San Francisco Location

      • Address: Please refer to your Order Confirmation email for the exact address in San Francisco.
      • Pickup Instructions:
        1. Notify Us: Upon arrival, buzz our lab, and a team member will meet you at the entrance.
        2. Pickup Assistance: We’ll assist in locating your order and ensuring a smooth pickup experience.
