      What QA checks do you perform during the 3D printing process?

      We perform multiple Quality Assurance (QA) checks at various stages to ensure print accuracy and quality before dispatch.

      1. First QA Check – Post-Print Harvesting:

        • After printing, we inspect the part to verify that all details are accurate and that there are no printing errors. This check ensures that the print is suitable for post-processing.

      2. Second QA Check – Post-Processing Review:

        • Once post-processing is complete, we conduct a second QA check to ensure that the part maintains its intended detail and finish. We also take photos at this stage to keep records of the part’s condition before dispatch.
