What is your refund policy?

Refunds can be requested within 10 days of receiving an order and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • 10-Day Window:
    Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, focusing on issues related to print quality.

  • Qualifications for Refund:
    If a print failure is due to machine errors, post-processing issues, or improper packaging, we may reprint the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

  • Non-Refundable Orders:
    Orders marked "At Risk" by Makelab are non-refundable, and supports are not removed. These orders are printed with "Best Efforts" due to challenging print parameters.
