Our courier works through a local delivery partner, similar to a courier service, requiring a signature upon delivery.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we coordinate courier through our trusted local courier partner. Here's what you can expect:

Delivery address: We use the address listed on your order ticket. If you need to make changes, please update the address before your order is dispatched.

Signature required: Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Business hours: Deliveries are scheduled during normal business hours. Be attentive to calls, emails, or texts from the delivery service.
If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available or the address is incorrect), the order will be returned to Makelab and default to local pickup. If you'd like to attempt another delivery, a new delivery fee will apply.
Courier is fast and convenient—but requires coordination. Let us know in advance if anything changes.
