What are the different order statuses?

Our order statuses help track and communicate each stage of your order, from placement to dispatch. Here’s a quick guide to each status:

New

Your order has been placed and is awaiting review by the Makelab Production team.

On Hold

The Production team has found printability issues with your part(s). We’ll reach out for your decision to proceed, make file adjustments, cancel, or move forward "At Risk."
"At Risk": Orders may have quality concerns or a high risk of failure, printed with "Best Efforts" and non-refundable.

Confirmed

Your order has passed review and is ready for production. All details are set, and change requests may require a new order. A Dispatch Date is provided in the confirmation email.

Confirmed At Risk

After discussing concerns with you, the order is confirmed to proceed "At Risk." Quality may not meet standard expectations, and the order is non-refundable, printed with "Best Efforts."

Updated Dispatch Date

Your order has encountered production delays. We’ll provide a new Dispatch Date and follow up with further details.

Dispatch

Production is complete, and your order is ready for dispatch. If shipping, you’ll receive tracking information. For Same-Day Delivery, expect direct communication from the delivery driver.

Canceled

The order has been canceled upon your request. A refund will reflect in your bank within 3-5 business days.
