I emailed a few days ago, but have not gotten a response

Check your Spam or Promotions inbox!

Because we use a team email, sometimes our emails that we send out go to other folders, like Spam or Promotions or Newsletters.

We respond to emails within 1 business day, even within hours. If you haven't received an email it is likely that it ended up elsewhere.

To avoid this in the future, please whitelist the following emails:
