If your part printed perfectly and you place a repeat order using the same file, material, print method, and finish, you can expect very similar results. That said, additive manufacturing is still a variable process‚ factors like orientation, machine calibration, and environmental conditions can introduce slight variation, especially on tight-tolerance or cosmetic-critical parts.
If repeatability is critical (for testing, assembly fit, or production), let us know‚ we'll flag it for consistent orientation and process documentation. For larger batch runs, we also recommend ordering a QC sample first to lock in your spec expectations.
