1. Repeat Order Quality Expectations
If your part printed perfectly and you place a repeat order using the same file, material, print method, and finish, you can expect very similar results.
That said, additive manufacturing is still a variable process — factors like orientation, machine calibration, and environmental conditions can introduce slight variation, especially on tight-tolerance or cosmetic-critical parts.
2. For Critical Repeatability
If repeatability is critical (for testing, assembly fit, or production), let us know — we'll flag it for consistent orientation and process documentation.
For larger batch runs, we also recommend ordering a QC sample first to lock in your spec expectations.
