Enter a discount code on the Lead time and delivery step. Apply store credit on the payment step by ticking one box.
Discount codes
- Set up your parts and go to Lead time and delivery.
- In the order summary, type your code in Discount code and press Apply.
- The code shows as applied, and your total drops. Press ✕ to remove it.
The code box is only on that step. If you've already moved on, click Lead time & Delivery at the top of the page to go back.
If the code isn't accepted, the message says why:
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| That code is not valid. | Check the spelling. Codes must match exactly |
| That code has expired. | The code's end date has passed |
| This code needs an order over $[amount]. | Add parts or quantity to reach the minimum |
| This code is for a first order with us. | It only works on an account's first order |
| This code has already been used on this account. | Each account can use it once |
| This code was issued to a specific account. | Sign in with the email address the code was sent to |
| This code applies to particular materials, and nothing in this cart matches. | It only covers certain materials |
If you change your cart after applying a code, it's checked again. If it no longer qualifies, the page tells you why.
Store credit
- Go through checkout to the payment step.
- Tick Use my store credit — $[amount] available.
- The credit comes off your total, after tax. Anything left over stays on your account for next time.
If your credit covers the whole order, no card is needed. Press Place order · paid with store credit.
Company accounts can see their credit balance any time under Finances in the account sidebar.
