Can I call you?

Yes! But consultations are a separate matter that require an appointment.

Yes, of course you can call us! Different members of our team answer the general Makelab phone line. So over the phone, we'll be able to answer any questions about how to place orders, how to pay, how our process works, and how to submit a file. We can also quickly check order statuses for you. 

What if I want to talk about my project in depth?

To discuss a project more in depth, we'll require that you submit an inquiry and schedule an appointment with a member of the Makelab Service team. 

From there, they'll answer any questions and chart the best course of action to get your project in motion!
