      How do you ensure the quality of your output parts?

      We maintain high-quality standards with multiple QA checks throughout the 3D printing process.

      1. Initial QA Check:

        • After printing, we perform an initial inspection while harvesting the part to confirm all details and features are accurate before post-processing.

      2. Post-Processing QA Check:

        • Following post-processing, we conduct a second quality check to verify surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and overall integrity. Photos are also taken to document the part’s quality before dispatch.

      These QA steps ensure that every part we produce meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.
