Do you offer refunds on design services?
Design services are non-refundable, as they cover time, labor, and expertise that are delivered immediately upon project kickoff. We do our best to set expectations clearly from the start, and we're happy to clarify scope or address any concerns along the way. That said, once design work has begun, we cannot offer refunds.
