Yes. We install heat-set inserts in house, and you can add them to an order yourself in the instant quoter.
What we offer
Heat-set inserts are available on FDM and MJF parts. Add them in the quoter by entering how many inserts each part needs, and the price is calculated per insert.
We order the insert to suit your part, so you are not limited to a fixed stock list. Tell us the size and thread you need when you place the order, or ask in the chat if you are not sure which to specify.
What it costs
Inserts are priced per insert, and the rate drops with volume:
1 to 19 inserts: $3.00 each
20 to 59 inserts: $2.50 each
60 or more: $2.00 each
Insert installation has a $50 minimum per order.
Designing for inserts
Your model needs a hole sized for the insert you plan to use, and enough material around it. Send us the insert you intend to use, or the size and thread, and we will confirm the hole before printing.
